Located along the Germantown Commercial corridor Firehouse Arts is a small creative community within the walls of an old Firehouse. Stenton Guild is a 27,000sf brick and steel building located in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia. This building was part of Philadelphia’s mighty industrial past and was built for the Norton Abrasives Company.
The wide open space of the first floor features a woodshop with a full complement of professional woodworking machinery and a spray booth.
The second floor is suitable for office or artist studio space and features hardwood maple flooring, high ceilings, and abundant natural light from the many windows.
